What is your return policy?

The Moon Deck accepts returns, but your return cannot be used and must be in its original condition and shipped back in its original packaging within one week of when you receive your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs and do not pay for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return and confirm that it is in its original condition and packaging, we will process your refund. Please note that customers who enter incorrect shipping addresses or refuse delivery due to customs or other shipping fees will receive their refund minus any "return-to-sender" fees imposed by the shipping company once the order is return to us. 

All anointing oil sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund for oils due to sanitary reasons.

If you need to make a return, please email us at hello@themoondeck.com. Be sure to include: your order number, full name, original shipping address, and reason for return in your email. Please email us with the tracking number once you ship your returned item back to us so that we know when it will arrive.Your return must have a postmark date that is within seven days of when your package was delivered to you.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement. 

 


Can I return my Moon Deck even though I purchased it from another store or website?

No, this is not possible unfortunately. Please contact the store or website from which you purchased The Moon Deck. 


Return-to-sender

If orders are returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, the order can be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense including any "return-to-sender" fees imposed by the shipping company.  Alternatively, we can refund the customer for the cost of the deck minus any shipping charges and "return to sender" fees imposed by the shipping company. 

 

How do I cancel my order?

Please email hello@themoondeck.com with the subject “CANCEL ORDER” and we will try our best to cancel your order before it ships. If the order has already been processed and shipped, then we cannot cancel it. Contact us immediately to avoid this. 

 

Sacred Self Circle Policy

No Refund Policy:
Once you have paid your monthly membership fees for the Sacred Self Circle membership with The Moon Deck, you will not be entitled to any refund for any reason whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, if you cancel your membership, if you are not satisfied with the services provided by The Moon Deck, or if The Moon Deck terminates your membership for any reason.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your Sacred Self Circle membership with The Moon Deck at any time by accessing the customer portal or by contacting our support team via email. Once you have cancelled your membership, you will not receive a refund for any portion of your membership fees.

7-Day Free Trial:
The Moon Deck offers a 7-day free trial for new members of the Sacred Self Circle. During this trial period, you will have full access to the membership services offered by The Moon Deck. If you cancel your membership during the 7-day free trial period, you will not be charged any membership fees. You are only entitled to one free trial of the Sacred Self Circle membership. If you cancel your membership during the free trial period, you will not be able to sign up for another free trial.

Auto-Recurring Monthly Membership:
After the first month, your Sacred Self Circle membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis, and you will be charged the applicable monthly membership fee. Your membership will continue until you cancel it. You can cancel your membership at any time, but you will not be entitled to a refund for any portion of your membership fees.

Access to Customer Portal:
To access the customer portal, you will need to create an account with The Moon Deck. Your account will include information about your Sacred Self Circle membership, including payment information and the status of your membership. You can use the customer portal to manage your membership, including cancelling your membership and updating your payment information.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the no refund policy, cancellation policy, and the terms of the 7-day free trial, and the monthly auto-recurring membership for the Sacred Self Circle with The Moon Deck. You also acknowledge that you have access to the customer portal and that you can cancel your membership at any time. 

 

Intuitive Oracle Training Policy

No refunds will be offered until the Training Programs, Membership, Workshops, Websites, or Products (physical and digital), starts. To be eligible for a refund for your enrollment and purchase of the Training Programs specifically, you must: (i) have purchased the Training Program in the current calendar year (2023) either by paying in full, opting into a payment plan, or receiving a scholarship and/or grant, and (ii) submit your refund request to hello@themoondeck.com no later than 11:59 P.M. within the first 7 days of the Training Program or of your Purchase Date. After this date no refunds are available and will be final.


Training Programs: For us to consider your Refund Request for the Training Programs, you must include proof of your completed coursework with the understanding that you are not getting beneficial results after fully applying yourself. It will be reviewed by us within seven (7) business days of our receipt of the refund request and all information required by us in connection with the refund request.

Refunds will be initiated in our sole discretion and if accepted will be applied to your original Payment Method. Refunds will not be applied if you fail to meet all items (i) through (iii) (inclusive) above. Refunds will be subject to a deduction for all physical products and shipping, plus, any virtual products and administrative fees.

Other than this limited right to cancellation and refund, your enrollment and purchase of the Training Program is non-cancellable and non-refundable. In the event that The Moon Deck (Amoona, LLC) suspends or terminates your User Account, your access to the Training Program or this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a Training Program, any license or fees for any portion of the Training Program, any content or data associated with your User Account or enrollment in Training Program, or for anything else. Please note that refunds are not issued for class sessions or elements of the Training Program you miss or if you withdraw from the Training Program.
